Feelin' Fit Wellness Program
Welcome to the Feelin' Fit Wellness Program at St. Joseph Regional Rehabilitation Center.
The rehabilitation center offers three options for exercise:
1. Gym exercise in our cardiac rehab gym includes cardiovascular workouts on treadmills and bicycles. Strength training machines and free weights are available to increase muscular strength and increase bone density. Orientation on the gym equipment is available during all open times, does not require an appointment and is included with membership.

Three types of membership are available:
1. Class membership offers group exercise instruction from a qualified instructor. Most classes meet three times per week. Members select and attend their preferred class time only. Class sizes are limited. You will be notified if your preferred class is full and may opt to be put on a waiting list or select another time.
2. Open membership is suggested for persons who prefer to work out on their own. Open members can use the gym, pool or jacuzzi during any of the open times listed on the schedule. A staff member is always present during open exercise.
3. Class + Open membership is available for persons who wish to participate in a class and also have the ability to attend open pool or gym times.
Membership in the wellness program is monthly. There is no initiation fee to join the program, and no contract is required. However, members who wish to drop out of the program must cancel in writing to stop charges. Discounts are available for couples and St. Joseph employees.
The first month’s dues are prorated. Dues may be paid by check, cash or credit card. Checks should be made payable to St. Joseph Regional Health Center (SJRHC) - Attention Wellness Program. Newsletters with information on upcoming events and dues for the next month are sent at the end of each month. Payments are due on the first and can be mailed to 1600 Joseph Drive, given to the Outpatient Rehabilitation secretary or dropped in the Wellness "In Box" by the pool, in the studio or in the Cardiac Rehab Gym.
