Physical Therapy Department - Students

Upon arrival, you may park for free in the parking garage on floors 4,5, or 6 or in the employee parking lot along East 29th and Villa Maria. The Physical Therapy Department is located in the basement of the hospital, near the cafeteria and central elevators. Once in the basement, there are "Physical Therapy" signs that will direct you to our secretary’s office. We expect to see you on your first scheduled day at 9:00am. Upon your arrival to our facility, we will provide an orientation to our department and discuss all other pertinent information for your internship. Please bring a photo copy of your CPR card, immunizations, TB Test, and schools liability insurance. You will also be required to watch a video to fulfill a JCAHO requirement. A short test will be given after watching the video. This requirement will take approximately 20 minutes.

Previous students have found this information very helpful for the transition into our clinical setting. The Student Information Sheet will need to be completed and given to the CCCE when you arrive.
