HEARTSAVER CPR
This American Heart Association course is appropriate for anyone who needs to
learn adult, child and infant CPR and relief of choking, including corporate
and retail employees, security, law enforcement, health and fitness staff,
child care employees and any other layperson in the community.
Dates: January 7, February 4, March 4, April 1, May 6, June 3, July 1, August
5, September 2, October 7, November 4, December 2
Time: 6:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Cost: $50
HEARTSAVER FIRST
AID (ADULT)
This course, designed by the American Heart Association, teaches rescuers how
to effectively recognize and treat adult emergencies in the critical first
minutes until trained help arrives and takes over. Persons assigned to
respond to emergencies at the workplace or in the community will benefit from
this course.
Dates: January 14, April 8, July 8, October 14
Time: 6:00 – 9:30 p.m.

HEARTSAVER
PEDIATRIC FIRST AID
Designed by the American Heart Association, this course was created for
anyone who needs to learn basic first aid for children, including child care
workers, teachers, parents, grandparents and volunteers who work with
children. The course includes injury prevention and how to recognize and
treat minor emergencies.
Dates: February 18, April 15, June 17, August 19, October 21, December 16
Time: 6:00 – 9:30 p.m.
Cost: $40 per person/$60 per couple
BLS FOR
HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS
This American Heart Association course is appropriate for healthcare
providers who respond to cardiovascular and respiratory emergencies. This
course covers the information and skills needed for adult, child and infant
cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), treatment of cardiac arrest with an
automated external defibrillator (AED), recognition and treatment of choking
and safety factors in training and actual rescue.
Dates: January 16, February 20, March 20, April 17, May 15, June 19, July 17,
August 21, September 18, October 16, November 20, December 18
Time: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (30 minute lunch break)
