For Your Health

As part of our mission and values, St. Joseph Regional Health Center strives to create wellness in the Brazos Valley. We have many  tools that our patients can take advantage of before an illness happens. We offer monthly seminars on important health topics featuring local physicians. We hold regular courses for first aid, CPR and other health care needs. We have many classes for new parents including childbirth, breastfeeding and newborn care. We have an online tool, SJPrevention.com, that helps you rate your risk for heart disease, stroke and vascular disease.
