St. Joseph J.B. Heath Family Health Center offers a full range of primary care services including physicals of all nature, immunizations, patient education, pre-natal care, post-partum care and well women exams. The clinic also offers diagnosis, treatment and follow-up care of acute and chronic disease processes which are common to a primary medical practice and within the skill range normally associated with family physicians, as well as minor illnesses and minor injuries.

Provision of and/or referrals for an orthopedic and OB/GYN are on site twice a month to care for your orthopedic, gynecology, pre-natal and post-partum needs. Radiology and laboratory services are also performed on site at Madison St. Joseph Health Center.
