Dr. Kia Parsi has roots in multiple places, including California, Oregon, Oklahoma and Texas. A desire to help his community led him to the medical field, with the goal of becoming a small-town doctor.
He attended the University of Texas, in Austin, for his undergraduate degree and received his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine, in Waco.
St. Joseph’s Caldwell Family Medicine Clinic has been Dr. Parsi’s professional home since 2001. He enjoys working in Burleson County and getting to know his patients and their families.
Dr. Parsi and his wife Catherine have teenage twins and an elementary-school-age son. When not treating patients, he enjoys playing tennis, basketball and soccer; he is also a magician. Dr. Parsi is also actively involved in Rotary Club and his church.
