Alliance Health Providers Brazos Valley welcomes you to our comprehensive healthcare network. This directory is designed to inform you of the participating providers in the network. Although our network remains very stable, providers occasionally join or leave. Therefore, it is a good idea to check with our office if you have a question about a specific provider. Periodically revisions will be added to this listing.

Please remember that it is very important to identify yourself as an Alliance member each time you use an Alliance provider. Give the provider your identification card, tell them your employer's company name and identify yourself as an Alliance participant.

Alliance is not your insurance. Your claims should be handled in the same manner described by your employer's benefits or personnel department. Usually the provider will have information on your employer group, provided to them by Alliance, on how to handle your claims.

Normally you have the freedom to choose any provider for medical services, even those outside the Alliance network. However, your company benefit plan has a built-in financial incentive which makes using Alliance providers less expensive for you. You should always check with your company benefit plan on how to access the network correctly and for details affecting your co-payments, deductibles, co-insurances and covered services.
