Hearne Express

St. Joseph Express-Hearne, St. Joseph's newest Express location, is now seeing patients.

Located on the North end of town at 1643 Market Street, along Highway 6 and next to the Holiday Inn, St. Joseph Express-Hearne is an extended-hour walk-in clinic. Open holidays and weekends, operating hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m Saturday, and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.

"St. Joseph has a long-standing relationship with residents of Hearne and Robertson County," said Tony Pfitzer, President and CEO of St. Joseph. "We realized we needed to expand services and hours to meet the needs of this growing community. Now residents can see a doctor when it best fits their busy schedules."

Doctors Darrel English, D.O., and Mario Roa Jr., M.D., will see patients at the new clinic. Dr. English comes to Hearne from Kirkwood Medical Associates in Pasadena, TX. He speaks fluent Spanish and also has a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Texas Chiropractic College, in Pasadena. Certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Family Physicians, Dr. English graduated from the University of Health Sciences' College of Osteopathic Medicine, in Kansas City, Missouri.

Dr. Roa has more than 18 years of experience in the medical field. He is a graduate of the Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine. Dr. Roa previously worked at Muenster Memorial Hospital, in Muenster, Texas.

St. Joseph Express-Hearne is one of St. Joseph's 30 locations across the Brazos Valley.
