Registered Gold Medallion Club key ring
Each member's unique membership number is engraved in a special key ring that enables lost keys to be returned safely to our main office when they are placed in any mailbox. May also be used to access medical information in an emergency.
Catalyst Scripts/PreScrip
This prescription discount program offers savings of 10% to 50% on many prescriptions. There is no cost, no deductible, no annual limits, no exclusions, no claim forms, no exclusion for age or pre-existing conditions, lowest price available at the point of purchase, to enroll in the program, and your entire household is eligible. Several local pharmacies participate as well as more than 40,000 independent and chain pharmacies throughout the United States. Applications available at GMC office.
Catalyst Outlook Vision Plan
For $19.95 for a two-year period, your entire household can save on prescription eye wear, including sunglasses, contact lenses and many related supplies. Choose any frame, color, size and style as often as you like. Applications available in the GMC office.
Catalyst Dental Plan
The Catalyst Dental Plan couldn't be easier to use! Simply present your Catalyst Dental Plan card at any participating provider and pay the discounted fee at the time of service. A list of local providers is sent with your membership card. Discounts range from 10% -50% off national averages. Applications available in the Gold Medallion Office.
20% dining discount
Members must present their membership cards at the time of purchase to receive this discount, which is available at the St. Joseph Regional Health Center cafeteria and Café San Jose, Quilters Café at St. Joseph Regional Rehabilitation Center, hours of operation are posted at each location.

SAVE on single and couple memberships through the St. Joseph Wellness Program. Located in St. Joseph Regional Rehabilitation Center, the wellness program features gym, water, studio exercise, and personal training. Best of all, there is no initiation fee to join and no contract is required. Just select the type of monthly membership what works best for you. Discount on Helpline
This Personal Emergency Response Service offers peace of mind and independence for anyone who is frail, physically challenged, or lives alone. The push of a button provides access to emergency assistance 24 hours a day. GMC members receive a $5 discount on the monthly monitoring fee. Call (979) 774-4357 for information.
